Interested in yoga in your school for girls, boys, teens or teachers? Contact Christina and Kale at Yoga Jaya in Moultonborough, NH. Yoga for Schools is part of our personal Seva (selfless service) for our communities. We are passionate about engaging with youth, instilling the tools of breath, mindfulness and healthy movement to encourage focus, connection, self-esteem and a feeling of community that transcends cultural differences and weaves a feeling of support across barriers.

Particularly in this time, yoga and meditation can be helpful and important for our school faculty and staff as well. Reach out and let us know if you are interested in a program at your school. Special volunteer events such as an interactive Crystal Singing Bowl presentation for kids, meditation workshops and more are also available.

“Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.” ― Mahatma Gandhi
