Dear Yoga Jaya Community,

Friends close, far and wide, obviously what is happening in our world is new and requires adjustments on a daily level. In compliance with social distancing recommendations in the State of NH the studio will be closed for the next several weeks. In lieu of public classes we will be live streaming our regularly scheduled classes through a private Facebook group, “Yoga Jaya Home”.

Our interest is now and always has been to create a container for community gathering. Should you choose, we look forward to enjoying focused time with you through Facebook Live yoga and meditation classes, and perhaps some of you who live far away can join in as well. We miss those of you who are away during the winter, and hope to also meet some new friends through this online forum! Please take a few moments to read about our upcoming Facebook Live online yoga class opportunities as well as what we are doing IN-studio in recognition of the current novel coronavirus risks.

Live Streaming Classes
We have created a private Facebook group for our class-pass members called, “Yoga Jaya Home”. Starting Tuesday 3/17/2020, Christina will begin recording her normally scheduled classes in-studio as Facebook Live videos available in this private group. Other Yoga Jaya instructors will be recording classes as well. Stay tuned for updates about alternative live stream platforms as well, for those who are not on Facebook.

Live Stream Class Schedule
Updated Facebook Live schedule will appear both in the “Yoga Jaya Home” Facebook group, on our regular Yoga Jaya Facebook page and in our online schedule.

Nothing is permanent. We might like it to be, but in truth change is the only constant. What is the silver lining in the daily adjustments we are makin At the end of the day what really matters are the relationships we form with others and the integrity of our relationship with ourselves.

Don’t forget, in addition to generating a greater sense of wellness, yoga helps to down-regulate the nervous system and relieves stress. We look forward to seeing you on the mat! In the meantime, please feel free to reach out with questions or concerns at any time.

Stay safe, stay healthy, cultivate gratitude for loved ones, the natural world and all of our relations. Much love to all of you.

The Yoga Jaya Team
